Aloha and welcome to my practice ! I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor accepting interested clients to my practice who are looking to make positive changes in relationships, job satisfaction to address anxiety and depression or to provide a helping hand for single or struggling parents. I am also motivated in my practice to support couples looking for better results with communication and conflict resolution. I have also worked for many years in the community setting to understand and support family members and caregivers who have loved ones struggling with mental illness. I am inspired in my work every day by the courage and strength of my clients who often lack support and basic information to assist their loved ones to better manage their mental illness or recover from addiction.

My roots are in Hawaii and I was born and raised in Leeward Oahu, feel comfortable and confident in drawing from my own life experiences to support families and adolescents looking for hope and new pathways to meaningful and stress free ( almost stress free ) relationships. My belief is that ALL people have the ability to identify and make the changes they would like to make. My work in the homeless sector has taught me many things – mostly that human beings are capable of amazing things. Change can come in the context of many leaps and bounds or even just a few small strides – my goal is to be there for my clients every step of the way.
