If you are a current client needing to cancel an existing appointment, please contact your therapist directly to avoid no-show fees. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointment time.

If you are newly seeking services please do not leave a phone message. Your interest in seeking therapy will be noted by your completed inquiry form below. All submitted inquiry forms are reviewed weekly. An HPC team member will reach out to you once. So that we may assist you, please return HPC’s calls, emails and text messages within 24 hours of receipt.

Please understand that Increased utilization of mental health services exacerbated by the pandemic has impacted the availability of therapists across our community. HPC therapists may have limited availability for initial appointments. We thank you for your patience.
