Leena Mohapatra, PH.D. completed her doctorate at the University of Miami and is licensed in both Maryland and Hawaii. Dr. Mohapatra was employed as a Pediatric Neuropsychologist at the Kennedy Krieger Institute (Baltimore, MD) and as a Psychologist for the State Department of Hawaii, Department of Education prior to taking her considerable talents and skills into private practice. She has expertise in neuropsychological assessment and consultations, emotional and behavioral assessments, and case and team consultations with schools and medical providers. She has supervised over a dozen doctoral interns, externs, and postdoctoral fellows. She is warm, engaging and a student of classical Indian dance. Dr. Mohapatra remains active in several professional organizations including The Hawaii Psychological Association, where she is an active contributor to the Diversity Equity and Steering Committee (DESC).
