Yuki Tanaka-Pabo, LCSW

Aloha & Welcome! 

I'm Yuki Tanaka-Pabo, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to supporting individuals and families across Hawai'i in their journey toward healing and growth. With 16 years of experience in hospitals, non-profits, and private agencies, I specialize in helping clients navigate grief, life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, health challenges, and trauma. 

I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Hawai'i in 2009 and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2021. Rooted in my Native Hawaiian culture and shaped by my upbringing on Maui and life on O'ahu, I am deeply committed to giving back to my community, honoring the values and wisdom passed down by my mentors, colleagues, and cultural foundation. 

Guided by my Native Hawaiian culture and my roles as a daughter, wife, mother, and aunty, I bring compassion, cultural understanding, and a deep commitment to every session. My approach blends Solution-Focused Therapy, CBT, Supportive Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, tailored to each person's unique needs.
