Joseph Rohlehr, LMHC

Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Joseph is an Afro-Indigenous American who brings a multicultural perspective to their practice. Born and raised in New York, he moved to Hawai‘i to pursue his Doctoral studies in Clinical Psychology, blending diverse experiences with a deep commitment to helping others. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, he is currently completing his Doctoral Internship in Clinical Psychology at Honolulu Psychology Collective.

Joseph provides a compassionate and supportive space for individuals seeking to heal past wounds, strengthen relationships, or foster personal growth. He understands that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but no one has to face them alone. His approach is designed for those ready to explore their experiences in a nonjudgmental, collaborative environment. Using an Integrative Therapy approach, he tailors treatment to each client’s unique needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. An ideal client would be someone seeking growth—whether managing life’s difficulties, building healthier relationships, or developing a stronger sense of self. Believing that every individual is the expert of their own experiences, Joseph provides guidance and support to help clients create lasting, meaningful change.
